Filip Frič is a visual artist based in Berlin. He earned his degree from the Faculty of Arts at TUKE in Košice, studying under Peter Rónai and Svetlana Fialová. He also completed a year-long exchange at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň with Vladimír Véla.

Frič's practice centers on pushing the boundaries of drawing by integrating it with painting, employing bold color contrasts and dynamic compositions. His work delves into themes of nostalgia, childhood, frivolity, and the passage of time, aiming to evoke both visual intrigue and a sense of humor. His approach involves remixing and refining historical art styles, reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens. By blending past influences with modern themes, he constructs a vivid, energetic dialogue between tradition and experimentation.
